This is a WordPress sample of a Vacation Rental Property Owners Group Site. The idea is that like-minded owners could easily establish a group web presence for potential guests of their properties. It could also be used by one owner with multiple properties.
You are able to modify the themes and layouts of the jAC content. I am not skilled at the CSS and HTML so the examples here are pretty basic. YOu would modify the CSS to match your site.

Owners often have requests for bookings on dates they are full. Members of the group could send these overflow booking request to this group site where a potential guest could quickly find AVAILABLE similar properties. The potential guest already liked the original home and location they requested, so there is a great chance they would like another group member’s property as well.
All the property data is entered and maintained at the jac TheRentalCalendar site by each individual owner. There is no member maintenance in the WordPress blog. There is no need to add any additional property data in WordPress either. A WP PLUGIN is utilized to retrieve the property data from jac TheRentalCalendar and insert the formatted content into PAGES you created on your blog. The PLUGIN has user editable templates for all the property data, so you can control how it looks on your blog.
The only thing the blog owner needs to do is add the group member’s jAC property id to the Plugin configuration screen. The group member maintains their own data and calendar independent of the blog over at jac TheRentalCalendar.
